Norway Night

With our good friend Kevin Snow, formerly of the Maricopa 5th Ward. Brother Snow served in Norway from 1978 to 1980. He showed pictures, shared stories, and brought some Brunost (brown cheese; like mild cheese whiz with peanut butter. Sort of. It was good!) and Knackebrod (cardboard-like crackers). We tried it with jam, apples, crackers, and different combinations.

Cannon was a good sport. All things cheese are a big struggle for him.

The picture above the TV has been temporarily replaced by a Norway flag for a while . . .

Enjoying City Creek Chinese after baptisms for the dead at the Salt Lake Temple. Porter and McKay did initiatories and and endowment session while the boys did baptisms. They finished around the same time; the boys only had a half hour to kill.

An Australian sister missionary kindly took a couple of pictures with everyone.

Same picture, magnified.

Croydon

The Ranch doesn't follow "Safety Zone" protocol.

Logan couldn't believe that one of Alberts twins used the horse that they did. It was ornery, and didn't want to do what we wanted it to do.

Devil's Looking Glass actually is pretty crumbly and hole-ridden. It's also a lot bigger than it looks from the valley floor.
You wouldn't believe how green it was. The snow and rain also was abundant in Utah.

The steep hike wiped me out, but all three of our kids (and others) actually climbed on top of the arch. This caused a rockfall inside the arch on us, with some fist-sized, but no one got hit on the head.

Sand Hollow Lake

Porter's selfie practice, continued.

Captain Jones, learning on the job.
